Ordering & Customization

Do you offer custom signs or designs not currently on your site? Yes! We specialize in turning unique visions into steel. For business logos or bespoke art, please visit our Custom Product Inquiry page. We’ll provide a custom quote and timeline based on your specific design needs.

How do you measure your signs?

  • Single Dimension: If one size is listed, it refers to the vertical height.
  • Dual Dimensions: Listed as Vertical x Horizontal.
  • Measurements: All signs are measured at their widest/tallest points. Round signs are measured by diameter.

Can I include a gift message? Absolutely. We include a packing slip with every order, but we never include pricing information, making our shipments 100% gift-ready. You can leave a custom note at checkout, and we will print it directly onto the slip for your recipient.

Materials & Craftsmanship

What material are the signs made of? We exclusively use American-sourced cold-rolled steel.

  • 16-Gauge: Our standard for interior decor—durable yet lightweight for easy hanging.
  • 14 & 11-Gauge: Used for larger structural pieces that require extra rigidity.
  • Stainless Steel: Specifically utilized for certain outdoor designs to provide maximum corrosion resistance.

What kind of finish do you use? We use an industrial-grade satin black powder coat (unless otherwise noted). This is an electrostatic dry powder that is oven-baked at high temperatures to create a hard, armor-like shell. Unlike traditional paint, our powder coating is incredibly resistant to weather, rust, and UV fading.

How precise is the cutting? We use a state-of-the-art Fiber Laser. This allows for a level of detail and edge smoothness that traditional plasma cutters simply cannot achieve. Whether it’s fine script or intricate patterns, the edges are clean and the detail is razor-sharp.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast will my order ship? We take pride in our speed. Most stock and personalized signs are processed and shipped within one business day. Custom designs have a variable timeline which we will communicate during the proofing process.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship our metal art worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs duties required by their home country.
