NMD Marketing Command Center Terms of Service

NMD Marketing Command Center is an internal business application developed and operated by Nightingale Metal Design.

The application is used by Nightingale Metal Design to access, analyze, and manage advertising data associated with its own Google Ads account. Its purpose is to provide internal reporting, campaign analysis, performance monitoring, and marketing management tools for Nightingale Metal Design.

Authorized Use

NMD Marketing Command Center is intended solely for authorized Nightingale Metal Design business operations. It is not offered as a public service and does not provide third-party users with access to Nightingale Metal Design advertising accounts or data.

Google Services

The application may connect to Google services, including the Google Ads API, using authorized Google account access. Information obtained through Google services is used only for Nightingale Metal Design's internal business purposes.

Data and Account Access

Access to Google account information and advertising data is limited to authorized Nightingale Metal Design users. The application does not sell Google user data or make Google account data available to third parties.

Acceptable Use

The application may only be used for legitimate Nightingale Metal Design business activities and in accordance with applicable Google API policies and terms.

Changes

Nightingale Metal Design may modify these terms as the application and its functionality evolve.
